A lifelong seeker! A student of life, breath, and human connection.
My Journey
Before I began teaching, I spent over 15 years in the banking industry, eventually serving as a Vice President for a U.S. Federal Credit Union. My career gave me structure and success. But I longed for something deeper.
That search led me to spiritual practice, to the Art of Living, and ultimately, to a life dedicated to helping others reconnect with balance, clarity, and joy. Today, I serve as the National Director for the Art of Living Corporate Programs in Nepal, bringing mindfulness and holistic well-being into workplaces and lives across the country.
From leading in the corporate world to serving as Vice President of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Midtown, my journey has been shaped by people, purpose, and a commitment to continuous learning. Each role has deepened my understanding of leadership, compassion, and connection.
